The Mazworx 2JZ-GTE VVTi Long Block Stage 2 is a meticulously assembled engine designed for serious automotive enthusiasts and racers targeting up to 1000 horsepower. Ready to ship with no core exchange needed, this long block is built for durability and high performance, ideal for Toyota JZA80 chassis applications.

Stage 2.5 Short Block Highlights

The short block undergoes a comprehensive rebuild process that includes disassembly, thorough cleaning, sand blasting, and painting of the iron block. Precision machining is done to fit threaded oil port plugs and freeze plugs. The block is resurfaced inline, cylinders resized with a torque plate, and line bore resized to meet exacting standards. The crankshaft is carefully cleaned, checked, polished, and balanced before assembly.

Stage 1 Cylinder Head Enhancements

The head is hand-ported and polished to Stage 1 specifications, with valve guides removed, reamed, and reinstalled. The valve job is performed with race-quality standards, valve lash is set, and the head resurfaced before reassembly.
