The Mazworx SR20DET RWD Long Block Stage 0.8 represents a comprehensive performance rebuild tailored for the Nissan SR20 engine family, compatible with S13, S14, and S15 chassis. Designed to handle up to 400hp, this long block delivers reliability and enhanced durability through meticulous refurbishment and premium component upgrades.
Stage 1.1 Short Block Rebuild
The core of this build focuses on the short block, which undergoes extensive labor including hot tank cleaning, sand blasting, cylinder resizing with torque plate honing, and crankshaft polishing and balancing. All threaded freeze plugs are machined and replaced alongside oil port plugs, ensuring a robust and leak-free assembly.

Stage 0.5 Cylinder Head Service
The cylinder head receives thorough cleaning, valve guide replacement, and a multiangle race valve job to optimize flow and performance. It is resurfaced and assembled with Supertech components including intake and exhaust valves, titanium retainers, and single spring kits, complemented by Kelford camshafts (HLA 188-A, 260/266 lift).

Long Block Assembly
Final assembly includes installation of an MSI/Apexi full grommet head gasket, ATI SR20 RWD street damper, timing chain kit with Mazworx tensioner, and Kelford adjustable cam gears (S14/S15 models use one Kelford and one OEM VTC gear). The Greddy high-capacity oil pan, powdercoated valve cover with service, and comprehensive sealing kits complete the build. The motor is spun, primed with break-in oil, and tested for oil flow and pressure before delivery.
Note: This build requires a core SR20DET RWD long block. New rocker arms are not included and core parts will be evaluated upon disassembly.
