The Mazworx SR20VE FWD Long Block Stage 3 Sport is a high-performance engine assembly designed for Nissan chassis B13 and B14. This long block combines meticulous machining, premium parts, and expert assembly to deliver a durable and potent powerplant tailored for racing and high-performance applications.
Block Preparation and Machining
- Complete disassembly and thorough cleaning including hot tank and sand blasting
- Threaded freeze plug installation and machining for turbo oil feed and drain ports
- Cylinder resizing with torque plate honing to ensure precision bore alignment
- Step decking and machining grooves for the copper fire ring gasket
- Line boring and crankshaft polishing, balancing, and inspection for optimal reliability
Internal Components
- Custom heavy-duty CP pistons with 89mm bore and 10:1 compression ratio featuring upgraded .250″ wall wrist pins
