Stage 1 Short Block

- Hot tank cleaning to remove contaminants
- Sandblasting of the block for surface preparation
- Precision resurfacing of the block deck
- Resizing the cylinders with torque plate for accuracy
- Line honing of cylinder bores
- Balancing the crankshaft including by bobweights
- Reassembly of the short block
