Mazworx Pro Street Billet VQ35DE Block

After years of racing and breaking the OEM block, we decided to step up and add this platform to our line billet blocks. This block is designed to be a direct replacement for the factory VQ35DE block. It can be used in high horsepower street applications and Pro Street drag applications. The block is made from 6061-T6 aluminum and is completely machined in house. Improvments have been made mainly on the strength of the block. The main caps are made from 4140 chromemoly steel and utilized 4 ½” studs per cap with a billet 6061-T6 girdle plate. It also has been designed to clear stroker cranks with steel rods. The oil squirters have been eliminated so there is no notches in the sleeves and no clearancing is needed on the pistons. The wet version of the block comes with Darton MID sleeves. The dry version is recommended for Pro Street drag applications where methanol is used. There is no cooling jackets and utilizes dry sleeves for more strength. Both versions are machine to use ½” head studs for increased clamping.
