2JZ Dart Block Prep Stage 3

This package includes all the machine work and prep to get the block to the point it’s ready to build.  We initially go through the block and debur all the sharp edges.  Then do all the necessary machine work listed below.  We would either need your pistons or we can sell you a set of pistons.  This will ensure we can set the PTW clearance per the piston manufacturer’s recommendation.  We will do the final cleaning and paint the block.

If running a stroker crank and/or aluminum rods, select the rod notch option.

Labor:
Clean/Debur
Surface Deck
Hone cylinders with torque plate
Line hone main journals
Paint block
Install Plugs
