Mazworx Bosch 82MM DBW Throttle Body Weld Flange

This precisely machined billet aluminum flange enables secure mounting of a Bosch DBW 82mm throttle body onto a 4″ diameter intake tube. Designed with M7x1 threaded holes, it requires slight modification to the throttle body bolt holes to accommodate the larger bolts. This upgrade from the standard M6x1 threads enhances bolt strength, ensuring a reliable and stable connection, especially suitable for boosted applications.

Included with the flange is a durable O-ring to help maintain an effective seal.

For added convenience and reliability, we offer custom stainless steel bolts made in-house, sized to fit the M7x1 threads. These bolts are available as an option and are specifically engineered to complement this flange for optimal performance.
