• Core Options: Choose to send in your block or purchase a core if available. Work begins once your core block arrives.
• Bore Sizes: Select from multiple bore sizes ranging from 95.5mm to 100.0mm, all bored on a 3-axis CNC machine to ensure perfectly centered cylinders. Final honing uses the Sunnen SV-10 cylinder hone with diamond tooling for superior surface finish.
• Sleeves: Old sleeves are precisely removed and replaced with Darton MID sleeves, installed using CNC machining processes including step decking for enhanced sealing and strength.
