Mazworx VVL/RWD Conversion Water Neck

Designed specifically for Nissan enthusiasts performing a VVL head swap onto a rear-wheel-drive (RWD) block, the Mazworx VVL/RWD Conversion Water Neck offers a seamless coolant routing solution. This component replaces the front-wheel-drive (FWD) water neck on the cylinder head, enabling you to retain the RWD coolant temperature sensors and maintain proper coolant flow.

The water neck features integrated heater hose connections, simplifying the installation and coolant circuit adaptation required during the conversion. Rear water ports are equipped with -10AN ORB fittings, permitting secure and reliable connections for coolant lines.

For enhanced functionality, an optional hose and fitting kit is available. This kit enables you to loop the coolant line back to the thermostat housing, ensuring the thermostat operates correctly as the engine reaches optimal temperature. Additionally, a 3/4″ barb fitting is supplied, allowing you to connect the heater core hose directly or to install a block-off if a heater core is not part of your setup. Alternatively, you may customize your coolant lines using AN fittings for a tailored fit.

This water neck comes in multiple colors including billet, black, and purple, and supports chassis models S13, S14, and S15. It is designed to integrate seamlessly within the Nissan platform for a professional and efficient conversion experience.
