Key Features
- Thorough Cleaning: The cylinder head undergoes a comprehensive hot tank cleaning to remove oil and grime, followed by sand blasting to eliminate corrosion and present a uniform satin aluminum finish.
- Oil Port and Freeze Plug Service: Oil port plugs are removed, re-tapped, and reinstalled to facilitate thorough cleaning of oil galleries. Freeze plugs are also removed and replaced to maintain system integrity.
- Port and Polish Stage 1: This step involves blending the seat and bowl areas while retaining the OEM casting for the remainder of the port, improving airflow without aggressive modification.
- EGR Port Modification: The EGR port is fully plugged with aluminum rod and smoothly ported to enhance flow and prevent exhaust gas recirculation interference.
- Valve Guide Replacement: Valve guides are removed, re-installed, and reamed, then replaced with high-quality Supertech bronze guides for durability and precision.

- Core Submission: Customers can send their existing head for machining or purchase a new OEM core. For Variable Valve Lift (VVL) heads, cores are sourced from complete motors. Additional parts can be requested with the head.

- Camshaft Recommendations: Kelford 184-T cams are suggested for high-RPM turbo applications. For race engines, removing the VVL lobe reduces valvetrain mass and improves bottom-end oil supply at high RPMs.
- Hall Sensor Machining: Available machining to accept Hall Effect Sensor Kits.
