Comprehensive Rebuild Process
- Thorough Cleaning: Includes a hot tank cleaning to remove oil and grime, followed by sand blasting to eliminate corrosion and surface debris, restoring a uniform satin aluminum finish.
- Oil Port and Freeze Plug Service: All oil port plugs are removed, re-tapped, and reinstalled to enable optimal oil gallery cleaning. Freeze plugs are replaced for improved reliability.
- Shimless Valve Design: Equipped with Mazworx shimless valves, this head eliminates the factory shims between valve and rocker, reducing potential damage at high RPMs or rev limiter conditions.
- Valve Seats and Valves: Features the largest intake valves compatible with the SR20VE, requiring upgraded, larger aftermarket valve seats for enhanced flow efficiency.
